After not printing any photographs in the past year, I’m eager to release two new pieces, both from my 2024 series with Madeline titled “At the Place of the Green Bubbling Hot Springs.” It’s important to note that I don’t treat my prints like most photographers, they are rarely printed in an edition. They are almost always 1 of 1, meaning if you purchase it, that’s the only one over made. And the frames are always included, if shown. I choose print sizes and source frames based upon each piece so each one is completely unique. The intention is that they are similar to an original painting. While I may lose out on print sales by having an edition of 5 or 10 or more, I frankly don’t care. I want the person who owns this piece to have something of value, something that isn’t duplicated, something that they are proud to know is entirely one of a kind. To me, it feels more purposeful and akin to my thoughts and values.
The following two new artworks are currently available for collection. If you’re interested in purchasing please visit my website, email me directly, or respond to this newsletter.

My Substack is currently free, and will remain free, however I am now offering a member plan which will give you early access to full series releases, discounts and early access to all artwork and print releases, additional behind the scenes photos and video, and access to private group discussions. It’s just a small way to support me in doing what I love. And again, my free plan will always be available as it’s important to me to be able to share what I create with everyone. Nothing changes for you unless you’d like it to. If you’d like to become a member, just click the button below…

The are both stunning! The second one even more so for me. I actually really love and admire your way of handling prints. It really makes each one super special.
